Professor Alla Shandurina from St.-Petersburg has developed a non-traumatic way of restoration of the brain disturbed functions, unprecedented in the world medical practice. The method has been developed on the basis of fundamental neurophysiological biochemical and psychological studies of the effect of the therapeutic electric stimulation (ES) upon the brain structures.

The Professor Shandurina SMC was founded on 5 June 1996 for the purpose of profound investigation into the mechanisms of the ES effect upon the nervous system, enhancement of the method efficacy and extension of the indications for the ES application.
